2. Product Description

Acquira Pipeline OS™ PRO is a digital product delivered via Google Sheets, developed and owned by Acquira Labs. It is designed for managing, tracking, and optimizing client acquisition pipelines.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase, Acquira Labs grants you a single-user license to use the product. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to your personal or business use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to the product with third parties.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works for the purpose of distribution or resale.
Each license is valid for one individual user only.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Digistore24. Please refer to Digistore24's refund policy regarding your purchase. Since this is a digital product, access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Acquira Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of Acquira Labs.
